INVESTITURE CEREMONY : 24.4.18 Manav Mandir schools student council was formed for the academic year 2018-19 on 24th April 2018.The presence of a student council is not only perfect ingredient towards better schooling but also a platform for students to develop the qualities of collaboration, team work and of course leadership. The student council gives the students the essence of power sharing, being answerable for ones actions and words and being able to think beyond self.

EARTH DAY CELEBRATION: “If you love the Earth it will love you back” Earth Day is a wonderful time to stop and appreciate our global home and the amazing gifts that Mother Nature has given us. When we are rushing from school drop off, running off to do errands, and just maintaining our day-to-day, it’s -sadly- quite easy to forget to take a moment (or two) to take stock, pay tribute or give back to the earth. Reflection is a powerful tool, and to pay tribute to our Earth, on 23rd April 2017, Monday Manav Mandir High School students participated in Earth Day celebrations. The morning assembly revolved around the importance of celebrating Earth day. Students of grade I-V participated in one minute speech competition on the topic “End Plastic Pollution” and students of grade VIII – X participated in poster contest on the topic “Caring Mother Earth”.

ManavMandir High School, Mumbai celebrated International Day of Yoga on 21st June 2018, in the school assembly Hall. Special program was arranged for the whole school in which students were made aware of the objectives of World Yoga Day by Principal C.L.Madhuri. There was a special yoga presentation by students. Students from Grade I to X participated in the program by performing asanas on chanting of the mantras under the guidance of their Physical Training Sir. These asanas were taught to bring about holistic approach to health and well being among the students. Energy levels ran high as the students of ManavMandir celebrated the Yoga Day on the The students performed the various Asanas with ease while the audience tried to keep pace with them . The skill and dexterity of the students was something to be noted. As the students were performing the Asanas, a running commentary was being given extolling the virtues and benefits of yoga so that the students could remember
